AKEJO Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting widows, orphans, homeless families, and vulnerable communities through food assistance, clothing donations, and emergency support.
We believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, and hope — no matter their situation. Our mission is simple:

Founded by Michael Sunzu, AKEJO Foundation was created to respond to real suffering and real needs. Growing up around people who lacked food, shelter, and support, Michael made a promise to one day build something that could help those who are forgotten.
Today, that promise is alive.
Through community outreach programs, food drives, clothing distributions, and emergency relief, AKEJO Foundation delivers practical support directly to the people who need it most. We work with volunteers, families, and partners to bring hope where it is missing.
Our foundation is built on three pillars:
